????? My second vehicle purchase, a new to me Dodge Ram, from Fitzgerald was exceptional! The entire process was relaxed and informative with absolutely no pushy sales tactics or haggling - the rock bottom price listed was exactly what I paid. Ricky and Keyvan were amazing - forthright about all information about the vehicle and incredibly patient throughout. The financing process was quick and easy. Edit (July 2nd, 2025): I am happy to say that the team at Fitzgerald CJDR of Lexington Park, MD and myself have arrived at a solution. We ended up talking with Brian Deane (the service manager) and he listened to our concerns, understood and escalated the situation, and got our vehicle back to us with a wash and vacuum, which was MUCH appreciated. Thank you Brian for taking the time out of your busy schedule, acknowledging us, and helping to guide us through what has been an interesting experience. You are a gem! Review has been updated from 1/5 stars to 4/5 stars?? Original Review: Unfortunately, I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Fitzgerald Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Lexington Park, MD. My vehicle has been in their possession since April 30th, 2025 for a transmission issue (car was purchased elsewhere and has less than 30K miles on it), and I have been repeatedly told it cannot be released until the warranty is cleared. The service provider I was originally assigned has since departed the company and ever since then, I have received no written explanation, no consistent updates, and I’m now questioning what exactly is going on. As a paying customer, I expected clear communication, professionalism, and transparency — unfortunately, that has not been the case. I literally had to show up at the service department to make sure my vehicle was even physically there. Surprisingly it was. Collecting dust, pollen, and broken promises, with scratches on it, to boot. I’ve reached out to corporate for assistance, and I hope this matter can be resolved quickly. I’m posting this review so others are aware of my experience and can ask the right questions if they choose to do business here. This experience has soured my perception of any CJDR business and I doubt my family and I will purchase any car belonging to these brands ever again. I will gladly update this review if the situation is resolved professionally and swiftly.
