Came in without an appointment, I was quickly attended to and problem diagnosed on my 580. The work required 5 hours, Mercedes offered to drive me home and pick me up at completion. Great job, no more messages from my EQS about low battery, it’s happy with a new battery. Only sad that the battery and AC fan went south in less than a year and a half. But warranty covered it.
Amazing customer service and support. Xavier went above and beyond to get my Sprinter repaired. What could’ve feasibly taken 3 months for a complete repair took less than 3 weeks…even when a part had to be shipped from overseas! Xavier’s diligent efforts to get my van operational again allowed my business to be up and running in a short time. When one’s business (pet grooming) runs out of your van…down time can be critical. I am super thankful for the professional and expedient work done in effort to repair my grooming van!!
