First time financing a car. I was nervous and really didn't know what to expect from a dealership. I live an hour and thirty minutes from Bellevue but all the reviews of the dealerships closest to me didn't have the best reviews so I decided to make the commute up north. Went in knowing what I wanted but also prepared to compromise. I was greeted by Paige immediately after walking through the front door. Really nice girl, fun to talk to, and down to earth. I went in to test drive the 2024 cadillac ct4-v blackwing in black but noticed the same car in bright blue that the sale had JUST fallen through on. Paige and Dan worked with me to get exactly what I wanted! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and hospitable they were. If you’re looking to get a Cadillac I highly recommend this dealership. Customer service between the sales department and the finance department was great.
I went here solely to inquire about a specific used vehicle. From the very beginning, Jacob did an amazing job. I had many questions and he went above and beyond to try to answer them- even though it wasn’t a Cadillac. The rest of the team was very helpful as well. The level of customer service and just basically treating people like people is something that is hard to find in a business these days. The team at Cadillac of Bellevue actually made it a fun experience. I highly recommend Jacob for your next car purchase.
I own an auto repair shop in Edmonds and pride myself on providing top-notch customer service. Although I don't usually visit Cadillac of Bellevue due to the distance, today I had no choice because they were the only dealership with the part I needed. When I arrived, I was a bit confused about where the parts department was located. However, I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesman who walked me over to the parts department. There, I was met with a smiling parts agent who had my part ready to go. Great job, Cadillac of Bellevue! You demonstrated excellent customer service, and I wanted to make sure it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you!
