I had an AWESOME experience with Ben Smith at Empire Auto Sales. Just coming out of the Covid-19 lockdown and had lost my job and wrecked my credit, but had just landed a new job. Ben was able to work out a deal that got me into an excellent vehicle (Buick Enclave). Yes, the interest was a bit high, but after a year of perfect payments and improving credit and payments I'm ready to refinance at a better rate. Good cars at fair prices, and excellent customer service is my experience here. I would highly suggest obtaining the warranty offered from this dealership. Mine was a third party warranty through Phoenix American Warranty Company and I have nothing but good things to say about them as well. I have used the warranty on 3 occasions over the past year (it's a used car, after all...) and they have been prompt with reimbursement every time. No hassle, no push-back. This warranty service keeps its word and honors its commitment. (I have had warranties from major brand dealerships on certified used cars that I had to figuratively wrestle to the ground to force to honor their warranties.) Overall, a very good experience here and I would highly recommend Ben and the team here at Empire Auto.
