Igor and team were excellent. This was the only truly positive car buying experience I’ve ever had. I also had to run home during the process of buying the car and they were very accommodating. They had the paper work completed and ready waiting for me when I got back. I never felt pressured. I actually felt supported in my decisions and given all the information I asked for to make the best choice for me. I hope I don’t need a new car for a while but will only come here!

I conveyed my requirements for my new car which included make, model, color, options and cost to Igor Bugrovsky. I also relayed another overlooked consideration which was the amount of time it takes to buy a car. I asked Igor if we could speed the process. Igor said he could handle all of my requests. He worked with me and his team going through each of my requirements with a sense of priority. We came to a final resolution and the deal got done in a very timely manner. Igor then gave me a fantastic beginning training on the vehicle. I look forward to my next car buying opportunity with Igor Bugrovsky! Thank you Igor!
