Igor and team were excellent. This was the only truly positive car buying experience I’ve ever had. I also had to run home during the process of buying the car and they were very accommodating. They had the paper work completed and ready waiting for me when I got back. I never felt pressured. I actually felt supported in my decisions and given all the information I asked for to make the best choice for me. I hope I don’t need a new car for a while but will only come here!

I conveyed my requirements for my new car which included make, model, color, options and cost to Igor Bugrovsky. I also relayed another overlooked consideration which was the amount of time it takes to buy a car.  I asked Igor if we could speed the process. Igor said he could handle all of my requests.  He worked with me and his team going through each of my requirements with a sense of priority.  We came to a final resolution and the deal got done in a very timely manner. I purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 from landmark June 27, 2024. They were very polite and  helpful. Very nice staff. Ms Gregory Poulard is the salesman that helped me pick my vehicle out. I will recommend anyone to him. I would just like to thank Landmark , and their staff for making sure my needs were fulfilled. I am very satisfied with my vehicle thanks guys. Y’all are awesome!!!

Jesse Smith did an awesome job with a service/ lug nut issue I had. Walked in upset and stressed and walked out cool and chill. Glad I got my Wagoneer from Landmark. P.S I didn’t know they do tire repair as well????????

I got a quote from landmark and instead of just paying it with them I went to another mechanic just to end up back in square one. Long story short Aleshia helped me so much throughout this whole process and my biggest mistake was not taking her advice and trying to do thing on my own for a lower price. All seriousness she is great. She gives you great customer service and is extremely knowledgeable about the best action to take. I hope they give Aleshia a raise because she is creating long term customers with her excellent service.
