2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Luxury 4MATIC

I want to share my impression of buying a car at this dealership. My husband and I arrived there in the afternoon and the whole purchasing process took 3 hours. I would like to especially highlight two wonderful young women, sales consultant Andrea Ramirez and finance manager Venita Rais.. Excellent customer service and the professionalism of these people is at the highest level! There are no extra numbers, as was the case in the three previous dealerships, everything is honest, open and without deception. I want to say thank you to them and the Mercedes Benz of Chicago dealership in general for their decency and excellent work!! This dealership can be trusted!! I recommend it 100%..

Had a great experience with a used car purchase here, they literally “went an extra mile” for us by agreeing to bring the car we were interested in to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The car was in perfect condition as expected, but the peace of mind helped close the deal. Out of many dealerships visited in our search, the experience here was top notch from start to finish. We hope to be customers again someday!

My sales experience was wonderful. Kevan and his manager were straightforward and solid. I came to buy 2019 GLC, ended up with 2019 C300, they have good selection of certified cars. The cash transaction went smoothly which was not the case many times before at different dealerships I dealt with. Plus, you can ask them about the price in advance and they mean what they say, no unpleasant surprises.
