2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300

Got oil change and engine filter I was out on time , Sal was very polite my first time meeting him today I've spoken with him over the phone . I would like to say not taking anything away from the team you have in place now BUT I miss Alexis smiling face she was the best always looked out for me and my car , Courtesy car when I have to leave my car for a couple of days she did a courtesy check on my other car no charge " hey Marvin just bring it in the warranty had just run out she is the only reason I purchased another Outlander sport evening being upside down ???? wish she would comeback pictured is my second Outlander I miss it someone stolen the cat converter so had to replace with another Outlander with my black one

Jojuan in the service department is amazing! He has helped me several times while I get my car serviced and I really enjoy my experience with him! He is so nice and patient. He always has a smile on his face when he is working and I really appreciate that. He is awesome and deserves great things that come his way (perhaps a raise?) I really love the customer service with Mitsubishi/foundation 45. In the past I have had service men for other dealerships try to up-charge me or say that I needed some random thing done when i bring my car in for an oil change. I have not once had that happen to me since my 2 years of coming here. They are awesome and I trust them with my car!

The general manager, Mike, came out to have a conversation with me and my buddy. Great guy. Juju In service is such a cool guy and was super nice, helpful and polite y'all are lucky to have him. AND my Mother's car was within a month of the end of her warranty and you honored it. (Brand nee transmission - it is so smooth) Amazing. THEN there was the 42 point inspection including a color printout with photos and an estimate for the service. What a nice touch and a great way to keep a customer. Even had a quick wash including tire dressing. Amazing dealership, I'm floored. Thank you so much.
