I had an excellent experience at the Nissan dealership in Murfreesboro. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and efficient. They greeted me warmly, asked about the service I needed, and immediately got started on my vehicle. I had No appointment and it wasn't a problem at all and never has been in the past at this location. I appreciated the clear communication, especially receiving a contact person by text in case I had questions. I felt respected as a customer, and my vehicle’s needs were taken care of. This level of customer service makes all the difference and has earned my continued business. Now...let's hope the service was done properly...

Great service department. I have followed Michaela to Nissan from other service departments and she brings amazing customer service wherever she goes. I trust my vehicle in her hands. I've never left with uncertainty. I've also never had to return for incomplete or inaccurate work being completed on my vehicle (which is why I followed her from another location). She makes sure you (the customer) knows exactly what they're doing with your vehicle without misleading information. Amazing customer service. Don't let that one go!

Perfect car buying experience! Shane was quick and efficient. We had a toddler with us and he let us sit in the car for as much of the paperwork process as he could. Fernando, the man in charge of the financing, was so nice! He understood how tired we were (car buying can wear you out!!) but had enough pep for all of us. I will definitely consider Murfreesboro Nissan for my future car buying experiences. Thank you!!
