I had No appointment and it wasn't a problem at all and never has been in the past at this location. Great service department. I have followed Michaela to Nissan from other service departments and she brings amazing customer service wherever she goes. I trust my vehicle in her hands. I've never left with uncertainty. I've also never had to return for incomplete or inaccurate work being completed on my vehicle (which is why I followed her from another location). Perfect car buying experience! Shane was quick and efficient. We had a toddler with us and he let us sit in the car for as much of the paperwork process as he could.
