Gavin was a huge help in getting us transferred over to a bigger vehicle, which we so desperately needed. He was also very knowledgeable about the components and other features about our "new" Highlander. We got an amazing deal with our trade in and could not be happier with the outcome.

My husband and I were looking to trade in our vehicle for something more family-friendly. The dealership got something in that would work for us, but it already sold before we had a chance to look at it. Gavin James remembered us and sent my husband an email when they got something else in. We were able to look at it and trade in the very next day. Gavin was very respectful and personable with us. He answered every question we had and was able to get us a good deal. Everyone else we worked with at the dealership (especially the finance/credit people) was very helpful and kind as well. For anyone else looking to buy a vehicle from them (especially if used), I would say to expect to be there a while. We had our kids with us, and the process took a couple hours longer than expected, which was unfortunate, but we could tell that the staff was trying to get us out of there sooner so that we could get our kids home. All-in-all, it was a good experience and we are happy with the results.
