My husband and I were looking to trade in our vehicle for something more family-friendly. We had our kids with us, and the process took a couple hours longer than expected, which was unfortunate, but we could tell that the staff was trying to get us out of there sooner so that we could get our kids home. All-in-all, it was a good experience and we are happy with the results.
