Thank you for the service! Dropped my car off and acquired my loaner for the weekend. Came back Monday to pick it up. It was busy inside and I was waiting my in line for the receptionist. The service at the Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley is amazing! James is always professional and courteous, explains in details what service will entail, how long it will take and provides the cost estimate. While I was waiting for my car service be completed, he attended a few times to share an update and explain the technician’s recommendation. The waiting room is comfortable to work or browse your phone/read magazines, etc. I strongly recommend the Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley.
