Thank you for the service!  Dropped my car off and acquired my loaner for the weekend. Came back Monday to pick it up. It was busy inside and I was waiting my in line for the receptionist.  While separating the loaner keys I was greeted by my service advisor James. He handed me my keys and my paperwork and was back out the door. My vehicle was right out front fresly washed and waiting for me. Thank you James and your service technicians for all your efforts!

James is always professional and courteous, explains in details what service will entail, how long it will take and provides the cost estimate. While I was waiting for my car service be completed, he attended a few times to share an update and explain the technician’s recommendation.
