I highly recommend Brayden from sales. He will get you in the car you want as fast as possible. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Bradley from the service department is great as well. He keeps you updated on your vehicle and is very meticulous with his work! 3 weeks after I purchased a vehicle from here. My check engine light came on and had some issues that needed taken care of. The sales manager Chris worked out a deal with me to cover half of the expenses even though nothing was covered with my selected warranty. He went out of his way to ensure that the customers are taken care of and is a man of his word. If you’re thinking about purchasing a luxury vehicle, I would recommend P&W BMW in Pittsburgh!
