Had a wonderful experience buying from Braman. I absolutely love my brand new Mini Resolute Edition. Henry is a top notch sales guy. He has great timing, was consistent and ultimately the guy I asked for when I walked into the showroom [while waiting for my certified pre-owned, that was in for an expected service.] He drove her out of the showroom so I could test drive her, and I drove home in the car I had been waiting 6 months to see in person. My only place to buy a brand new and certified used Mini!
What started as an unfortunate parts & service experience ended in a happy resolution. There were some miscommunications but Mr. Simmons went above and beyond to make things right and we will continue to choose Braman Mini for our service needs.
