Purchasing a new vehicle was not in my immediate plans but due to an unfortunate accident I needed to. My husband and I recently purchased a Camry from Chase Manary. Literally the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Full disclosure, Chase is my eldest son, and I am extremely fortunate that he has given me multitudes of reasons to be proud of him over the years. And seeing him be on the job added to those experience. Watching him calmly, professionally and efficiently deal with three customers at the same time was a real pleasure. He is the exact opposite of the usual definition of a car salesman. His genuine nature shown through in the care he showed to his customers - and he is an expert on all things Toyota! One of the best parts of the day was listening to his colleagues speak so highly of him. But driving off in my new little "red flash" - as I like to refer to my new, sparkling red, sports version of the newest Camry - was indeed the highlight!

I had a good experience buying a new Corolla Hybrid and a great experience when I needed to get some help from the dealership. First on the purchase. I was from out of state and needed to arrange a new car purchase for my daughter who was attending school in southern CA. After making an inquiry online, Lou Maldonado called me the next day. After talking to him for a few minutes, I just knew he was the guy I could trust and we started to work on the paperwork. I really liked that fact that Lou was available by phone, text or email and we completed signing off all the paperwork by email within days! When my daughter flew to southern CA, she was able to pick up the car the next day! Why did I need to get help? Due to the chip shortage, the new Corolla came with only one key fob at the time. My daughter was told she would receive the spare key soon. After a few months without any update about the second key fob, I reached out to Lou who referred me to Emma McCartney in Customer Relations. Emma called me right away to understand the situation. She quickly made arrangements so that my daughter ended up getting a new key fob programmed at a dealership near her at no cost to us. In this day and age, it’s not easy to receive good service. I was grateful that Emma took ownership of our situation and went above and beyond to see it through.
