My whole outlook on auto purchasing has tremendously changed forever! The process I experienced was just smooth sailing. We want to thank Joshua and Five Star Macon for helping my daughter find the right vehicle in a monthly price range she can handle. Josh went back and forth with finance to help us get in that range. The original car we chose, when they checked it out, had an electrical issue. When it was fixed something else failed. 3 times. Finally Josh reached out and said come in. We went and he didn't feel good about selling that car to us but had another option for us. My daughter drove it and loved it more than her first choice. On top of that, no change to the monthly payment. He stayed un contact throughout and is still reaching out to check in. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. I am thankful for Josh making sure my daughter had a safe solid ride with a price she could handle. Thank you so much!!

Bought my first car here yesterday after looking for several months at other locations. Was the easiest process that me and my parents have yet to experience from a dealership and the staff, thanks to Carter Morris. I didn’t go there with the intention of buying same day; I just wanted to look around, but after test driving one of the vehicles with him, and learning about their amazing warranty I decided to go through with buying. Carter was super honest and patient, even offered me a great deal so I’m very thankful! Would recommend for future buyers :)
