Bought a RAV 4 here, Fernando was my salesman, and he took very good care of me. No pushy sales, just reasonable banter. The car was detailed very well when I came to pick it up. The pricing is a bit deceptive, imo, but I still got what I wanted.

I had been looking into getting the new 2024 Kona for some time. I had used their online payment calculator to see all the figures to get an idea (which of course takes your contact info), so I knew I would be pinged at some point. Matthew Gross touched base with me, at which time I told him I was just planning and not quite ready to buy. He was very respectful of my response and didn't continue to nag me at that point. Once the time came when I was more serious on moving forward I got back in touch with him to see what my options were. He was incredibly responsive, and worked with his team to find the rate that fit my request. Upon arrival to see the vehicle, he was out front with the Kona ready to greet my husband and me. The entire process was smooth as can be. I am not new to buying cars, and this was one of my favorite experiences. Everything and everyone was very organized and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Matt, if you're in the market for a new car. In addition, once I got home in my new Kona I realized I didn't receive my second key. I texted Matt, and he apologized for the oversight and even offered to drive it out to me that evening. I appreciated the offer, but made arrangements to pick it up the following day during my lunch break. Even then, upon arrival, he ran out and handed everything to me while I was still in my car. These little things add volumes to customer service. Love my new Kona!!!!
