I had been looking into getting the new 2024 Kona for some time.  I had used their online payment calculator to see all the figures to get an idea (which of course takes your contact info), so I knew I would be pinged at some point.  Matthew Gross touched base with me, at which time I told him I was just planning and not quite ready to buy.  He was very respectful of my response and didn't continue to nag me at that point.

Once the time came when I was more serious on moving forward I got back in touch with him to see what my options were.  He was incredibly responsive, and worked with his team to find the rate that fit my request.
Upon arrival to see the vehicle, he was out front with the Kona ready to greet my husband and me.

The entire process was smooth as can be.  I am not new to buying cars, and this was one of my favorite experiences.  Everything and everyone was very organized and professional.   I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Matt, if you're in the market for a new car.

In addition, once I got home in my new Kona I realized I didn't receive my second key.  I texted Matt, and he apologized for the oversight and even offered to drive it out to me that evening.  I appreciated the offer, but made arrangements to pick it up the following day during my lunch break.  Even then, upon arrival, he ran out and handed everything to me while I was still in my car. These little things add volumes to customer service.

We have a 2022 Hyundai Sonata that started having transmission issues, recently, my boyfriend and I went down to just this vehicle as he works from home and I commute to Phoenix from El Mirage daily. I just started using the Sonata last week and the transmission started grinding, slipping, revving but not shifting. I brought it in to get diagnosed.

They had no loaners so sent me to the Ford store down the road & the guy told me he had nothing until 3pm. I had to get to work (this was at 8:30am). I called Hyundai back and Alice was SO HELPFUL!!! She got someone to come back and get me, then she explained the situation to her boss and asked if there was ANY way he could get me a loaner as I had already been there and the Ford store for an hour and a half, and she just genuinely wanted to help me out. They got me a loaner off the lot and got me on my way to work ASAP! They have now called confirming the transmission is bad and are replacing it at no cost due to it being a factory malfunction.

This could have really ruined my day by not getting me to work or  my week with not having a vehicle while it's getting replaced but Alice did EVERYTHING she could to help me. Lucio, Anthony, and the new lot attendant also helped tremendously.

We WILL be back for any services we need, when we buy a new vehicle, anything because Alice made my experience one of the best! She could have shrugged and said "too bad" but she genuinely cared and made sure I was taken care of!
