No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! Thank you Rafael for making the first call and showing a Trim I really didn’t know about.
Andre Paulet went above and beyond in helping me purchase my new Mazda CX-50. He searched for the exact model and trim I wanted. Then he drove out that night to pick it up and deliver it to me the next day. Full purchasing time was a little long like all car dealerships but overall a good experience.
