2016 MINI Cooper John Cooper Works Hardtop

I was skeptical about buying my new car here, as i am from Texas. It was 100% online. Never been to this dealership. However, i want to voluntarily give my review and my experience here. Sales representatives were very friendly, no game zone (unlike many in my past), transparent, respectful and especially value time. I had great experience and want to thank you. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Bought my new Tacoma through Caleb N. last week and I couldn't be happier. Caleb did an amazing job answering all my questions and concerns without pushing anything on me or trying to sell me stuff the whole time. The whole process was quick and effecient without all the salesman games. If you're thinking about a new car go hit him up and see what he can do!

I don't write many reviews, but this one is well deserved. I was in the market for a new 4Runner and sent an email to multiple dealerships in Utah and the surrounding states (I'm in Utah). A salesman responded the following morning and was extremely helpful with all of my questions, including finding the perfect vehicle for me. The total process took about two weeks, between emails with our work schedule, but at no point did I ever feel as though my business wasn't wanted. Caleb N. absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience, as this was my first brand new vehicle. He was also the only salesman who continued to reply and work this deal with me, out of the multiple dealerships I reached out to. I will always refer people to Durango Toyota/Durango Motor Company for their professionalism and ease of the entire process. I made the drive to Durango from Utah in the vehicle I was trading, walked in, signed a few papers, and was back on the road in the matter of about 30 minutes. I can't thank you enough for your help and willingness to work with me on this purchase. Huge shoutout to Durango Toyota and specifically Caleb!
