Absolutely amazing! Just the friendly staff makes this small dealership out shine the bigger dealerships by far. I had been looking for a car went to several big & small dealerships, kinda felt like a dating site nightmare the cars didn’t look like what was posted. Several weren’t even so much as cleaned up, dirty inside and out. The car I found on Auto Time website was not only cleaned up it was meticulously detailed inside/out and absolutely beautiful in person. I looked at the car & drove it away in about an hour. Within 3 days there was an issue with the car. I was out of town & called Sam, he said bring it in as soon as you return. I did, they took care of it, I had no problem no issues no questions from them. My car was taken care of and back to me in a short time. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a look. They don’t pressure- they have respect, and true customer service, something that seems to have been lost these days with retailers.

I had never bought a car site-unseen before, but the Auto Time team put me at ease and it was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. I am a collector and bought an older, low mileage 2003 Mercedes here, and wow, has I pleased! Sam helped arrange a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection for me, facilitated financing, and answered every question I had with patience and friendliness. He went above and beyond to point out a few very minor imperfections that I would have never seen on the video call walk-around, and he arranged lightening-fast shipping from Phoenix to KC! This car was a birthday present from my wife and Sam not only expedited shipping for me, he even wished me a happy birthday (on my actual bday!) days after the sale was final and the car had already been delivered. Can't ask for much more in a car buying experience! Thank you!
