Devin was great to work with to purchase our 2021 Highlander. We live about four hours away, so he sent us detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle. My experience at Toyota of Muncie couldn't have gone any smoother. I've struggled with unreliable vehicles my whole life, so I finally decided it was time to make a big girl decision- financing a car. I feel so blessed to have met Mickey, as he helped me beyond imaginable. He answered so many questions I had with confidence as well as informed me as a new buyer and helped me get the best deal possible. His energy is one of a kind. He was so sweet and empathetic and I really enjoyed the entire process with him. He took such good care of me and helped me get my hands on keys to the literal perfect vehicle for me. I really do believe I walked into the Toyota dealership on the perfect day! I am obsessed with my 2022 Camry Hybrid, it checked off all my boxes and more. Not to mention, Mickey came in on his day off to accommodate around my schedule. He made sure I was able to get my new vehicle before having to go back to work the following day, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. (I didn't have to find rides, call off, etc.) I will always remember how kind and helpful he was towards me. He genuinely treated me like one of his own and that meant the world to me! He also made sure everything was clean and that I was comfortable in the driver's seat before I left the dealership. Scott in sales and Mike in finance made the entire process effortless. With the cost of living continuing to rise, I made the choice to look into trading "down" my vehicle for something that would have a lower monthly payment.
