My experience at Toyota of Muncie couldn't have gone any   smoother. I've struggled with unreliable vehicles my whole life, so I finally decided it was time to make a big girl decision- financing a car. I feel so blessed to have met Mickey, as he helped me beyond imaginable. He answered so many questions I had with confidence as well as informed me as a new buyer and helped me get the best deal possible. His energy is one of a kind. He was so sweet and empathetic and I really enjoyed the entire process with him. He took such good care of me and helped me get my hands on keys to the literal perfect vehicle for me. (I didn't have to find rides, call off, etc.) I will always remember how kind and helpful he was towards me. He genuinely treated me like one of his own and that meant the world to me! He also made sure everything was clean and that I was comfortable in the driver's seat before I left the dealership. Was originally looking at sedans but after looking at options instead found a nice more compact SUV,  I was a bit hesitant due to not having as much research om the vehicle, but the salesman was more than happy to help us out with research and the carfax to make sure it was the right fit for us!

We met this dealership as part of the Costco purchase process.  I have purchased multiple cars and this was the easiest.  After fighting two other dealerships to buy a similar car we ended up here.  Unlike the other dealers, Muncie was straight forward and honest.  No surprises and talked to us respectfully.  It only took 1 hour from test drive to purchase including a thorough walk through of the features of the car.  Would recommend to anyone.  Great people here
