2015 MINI Cooper S

I normally don't write reviews but I would be doing a great disservice to the amazing person who helped me find the perfect car. I originally came across a MINI Cooper I saw online and inquired about it but unfortunately someone had reached out and let me know it had already been sold within the hour-- The gentleman who had reached out asked what I was looking for. I had told him that I HATE shopping for cars because I know nothing about them but I was in dire need of a newer one. Nothing else really caught my eye that was on the website. I was invited to come by the lot and see the inventory in person. Sean was very professional and very easy going to talk to -- I did not feel like I was pressured at all like I normally am at other car dealerships. I didn't find anything that fit me and Sean agreed. A week later Sean reached out and said "I found the perfect car for you." I came by the following day - Sean showed me a very well maintained, clean BMW 328i. I test drove it, had all my questions answered but most importantly I felt content and comfortable with making this purchase. I believe that was the most important part of buying this car. The fact that I felt like I was making a good solid purchase and I did. I want to personally thank Sean for taking his time reaching out to me when the right car came along, for his attention to detail and for his extensive knowledge that made me feel secure making the decision to purchase my new car. I wish everyone could experience the customer service I got from Sean when making a big purchase like this. It has been one month and I am absolutely IN LOVE with my BMW. Thank you again Sean. Sean was very helpful throughout the process of my daughter buying her very first car. He explained everything about the vehicle prior to her test drive and broke down financing options, importance of good credit and options that she could understand.
