I messaged Volvo Cars of San Diego about a car I was interested in and Todd replied quickly and kept me updated up until my appointment. I loved the test drive and he was very upfront about the car history and pricing. He made sure I knew about all the bells and whistles of the car I wanted. After my purchase Todd made sure I was paired to the Bluetooth, knew where all my operational buttons were and had me out the door in less than 3hrs.
