I just moved from Chicago and I tried to have my Mercedes serviced in Columbia but that dealer was awful so I decided to take a chance and drive over an hour and a half to Augusta to have my convertible top fixed and not only is every single encounter at the dealer so lovely, they gave me a loaner right away and had the car fixed in 2 days. I’m truly impressed. I came from a previous dealer that was wonderful so the Augusta dealer had a high bar to reach and they not only reached it but exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough good things and driving over 3 hours is worth it and I will be back for my service B in 3500 miles. Thank you to Zach and Ryan for your kindness.
