2017 Porsche Cayenne S

I had the pleasure of having my classic 911 Carrera 4S serviced at Porsche Plano. The level of service & knowledge provided by Tim Shaffer & Chuck was 5 stars. The experience was world class; would definitely recommend if You own a Porsche and want it serviced properly.

I have been extremely impressed with the service experience at Porsche Plano, and much of that is due to the outstanding support from service advisor Tim Shaffer. Tim is consistently prepared, organized, and thorough, taking the time to clearly explain recommended work, timelines, and costs so there are no surprises. His follow-through is excellent, and he treats each visit with the same level of care—whether it is routine maintenance or more involved service. Tim reflects what a premium brand’s service department should be: knowledgeable, client-focused, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. The broader Porsche Plano service team is also professional and efficient, but Tim’s responsiveness and attention to detail are what keep me coming back. I recommend Porsche Plano—and Tim in particular—to any Porsche owner who expects a high level of service and a trusted long-term service partner.
