My husband and I walked in to get a feel for the different between two different models that we had spent weeks researching. We worked with Alexandra who we told up front that we didn’t have intention to buy that day. She provided us with the details of the differences and similarities between the two we were looking at, walked us through the vehicles, explained the trade in process and allowed us time to discuss with no pressure. She even pulled up and coming stock so we could know what was coming in within our timeline. After reviewing and test driving, we ended up loving the model they had on the lot. She quickly pivoted to get us scheduled for trade in evaluation and financing when we decided we wanted to take the truck home that day. We had a great, smooth experience. I was really impressed with Alexandra’s knowledge and ability to answer all of our questions and walk through all the features on the vehicles. This is my second time buying from Mountain States and both experiences were exceptional. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for future purchases.

If you want to buy a car you are comfortable with and not be harassed, this is the place to go.
