My husband and I walked in to get a feel for the different between two different models that we had spent weeks researching. We worked with Alexandra who we told up front that we didn’t have intention to buy that day. She provided us with the details of the differences and similarities between the two we were looking at, walked us through the vehicles, explained the trade in process and allowed us time to discuss with no pressure. She even pulled up and coming stock so we could know what was coming in within our timeline. After reviewing and test driving, we ended up loving the model they had on the lot. She quickly pivoted to get us scheduled for trade in evaluation and financing when we decided we wanted to take the truck home that day.

We had a great, smooth experience. I was really impressed with Alexandra’s knowledge and ability to answer all of our questions and walk through all the features on the vehicles.

This is my second time buying from Mountain States and both experiences were exceptional. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for future purchases.

If you want to buy a car you are comfortable with and not be harassed, this is the place to go. I came into mountain state Toyota after having a horrible experience with another dealership that was not so groovy. I called mountain state and the phone was answered by Eric. He was very understanding of my experience I just had with the not so groovy dealership. He listened to me and assured me that if I came in I would be taken care of. I told him ok I am on my way. Within minutes of hanging up a sales associate texted me. His name was Mr Randy Hendricks. He told me he would be waiting for me. Once I pulled into the dealership Mr Hendricks greeted me at my car and was very sincere about calming me and insuring me I would be taken care of. Mr Hendricks took very good care of me throughout the day with the entire buying process. I never once filled left alone or not in the loop. When we were all done that day Randy said follow me and took me back to the service shop and told me to pick out a Toyota hat. He then pulled his wallet and paid for it out of his own pocket.
