Bill is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He answered all our questions and made suggestions that helped us fine tune our purchase. In fact, the entire staff, including Lucas the sales manager and Justin in finance, were very personable, and they didn’t use any high pressure sales tactics to sell extended warranties or other extra services.
