From calling to schedule the repair to pick up, i was treated to prompt, courteous, excellent service even though I had bought my Audi from Audi Pittsburgh.. I didn’t have to wait for weeks for a loaner to be available. I certainly got the impression that they cared about me and taking care of my car, not just getting a good review.  They earned this review and my business in the future even though their location is twice as far from my home.
