I recently had my first scheduled maintenance visit with Beechmont Volkswagen and it was an excellent experience. I was impressed by their concierge-like approach to customer service and the cleanliness of their facility. I was a rookie to the modern way dealerships care for their brand's owners and the staff at Beechmont VW recognized that and walked me through the process as well as explaining how to make it slightly easier for me my next time around. Overall positive experience.
