Everything involved in getting a new car was incredibly easy. This by far was the easiest car decision I have ever made and am so glad I did. I recently had my first scheduled maintenance visit with Beechmont Volkswagen and it was an excellent experience. I was impressed by their concierge-like approach to customer service and the cleanliness of their facility. I was a rookie to the modern way dealerships care for their brand's owners and the staff at Beechmont VW recognized that and walked me through the process as well as explaining how to make it slightly easier for me my next time around. Overall positive experience.

Jesse & Tony were wonderful to work with! I didn’t feel that they pressured me at all and made my experience buying my 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport great. I appreciated the knowledge and education from the finance officer, but i felt as though he wouldn’t take no for an answer on extra warranty options. I understand this is his job but after saying No 5-6 times it got old.
