Leased a P2 a few years ago and the process from sales to delivery was quick and easy. The customer service once you have a car from Polestsar Boston is incredible. I live almost an hour from the dealership and they picked my car up and brought me a loaner anytime I needed service. After all the positive experiences I decided to stick with Polestar when my P2 lease was up and I got a P3. The car is incredible. Brandon on the Sales Team was great to work with. Jonah delivered the P3 to me and was very knowledgeable about all the features and helped me get set-up. The experience and customer service was once again great. I recommend Brandon, Jonah and the Polestar Boston team to anyone looking for a new EV.

My recent purchase of a 2024 Polestar 2 was fantastic, and I'm absolutely loving my new car! Brandon was incredibly helpful in coordinating all the details to find the perfect vehicle for me. A special shout-out to Jonah Robbins, who was an absolute all-star. He dedicated over two hours to ensure my Rhode Island registration was completed smoothly. His professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude, even while at the DMV, were truly impressive.

After an exhaustive search to replace my 2023 Audi Q4 that would serve my SUV range needs without breaking the bank like Rivian and Lucid, I landed on the Polestar 3. Just took delivery two days ago. Can’t speak for range yet, but OMG, the car is incredible and drives like a dream. The center screen is not as bad as the reviews say, simple once you get used to it. Polestar Boston gets 4 stars instead of 5 mostly because of a cancelled delivery appointment and poor communication regarding the actual time of pick up. I had to completely rearrange my weekend plans. 3 days to ready the car for delivery was unacceptable. Upon arrival for the handoff, Jonah was amazing! 5 stars for the delivery experience!
