2026 Volvo XC40 B5 Plus Dark AWD

I have been here on three different occasions since I recently got an older model Volvo s60. I had two recalls and another time trying to get information and quote some prices for some parts I thought I needed. The thing that has impressed me the most is the customer service that the service department has given toward me. Josh has been extremely friendly and helpful. The gentlemen who works behind parts counter has been so friendly and cordial. I talked to him for like 30 minutes when I was up there. And last time I was there for a free recall fix, I had a question about my car. It’s a 2001 Volvo s60 and the foremen of the service department came out and talked with me for 30 minutes helping me diagnose and determine what I need to do to fix it. He found the vacuum leak right away. And I was blown away. He even took the time to go over issues and future concerns and really set me on the right path. He gave me his name and told me to call him directly for further help. All for free and out of the kindness of his heart. I didn’t want to take advantage of his kindness but he was truly knowledgeable and very forthcoming trying to help me. Entirely selfless. I will continue to use them and praise them for future service needed on my car. The shuttle service is also incredible and timely. they take you anywhere you need to go and pick you back up once you're done. 10/10 in my experience.
