The dealership was a very friendly and accommodating place. I came in looking at a car I found online and the salesman, Andrew solomon, was extremely helpful. He was so friendly and helped me find the best options for me and accommodated everything for me since it was a 50 min drive away. Even offering to bring the customer service a step further and deliver the car to me to make it easier. I really appreciate this dealership and I hope to go back in the future and make another purchase. The best decision we made was coming to Acura of Peabody to buy our new car. We had the pleasure of working with Mark Riggo he answered all our questions and took the time to explain the difference in features. We purchased a 2024 MDX and its wonderful. Wadii was a super helpful and amazing saleman. Super nice and respectful from start to finish and wasn’t pushy at all. Not very often I go to dealerships and receive good customer service when buying a car but this experience was just flat out amazing.
