Let me start off by saying that the people that run this establishment were so nice, and extremely helpful. Steve, Charlie, and Fabian worked with me with what I had, they were welcoming, and explained everything clearly. I would recommend this particular dealer to anyone. They made my mother and I so comfortable and didn’t leave us guessing or wondering. Thanks to these 3 gentlemen I am the proud owner of a 2022 Chevy Traverse with all the bells and whistles and I LOVE my new truck! Truthfully I believe I was sold a vehicle before it was completely inspected, because there were torn seats bad wiper blades and scratched rims , however everything has been addressed except the issue with the wheels. I don't get the feeling that they want to fix the wheels because they only referred me to a guy that can do it if I pay out of pocket and mind you that this is a $34000 car

The service department did a excellent job on the work that was performed. Jeff was on the case as soon as I pulled in. It was a nice touch for the technician to video the 27 point inspection and email it to me. The whole experience I would give 5 Stars. Jeff and Jose took great care of me!!! They deserve all the perks from management!!!!!!
