The owner, Allen, came into the shop to help with a few things and I left there with a new-to-me truck! I’ve never been happier. It was such a seamless and pleasant experience. Bought a 2017 Jeep last week and received a decent trade in for my Durango. Financing was smooth and the whole transaction was pretty painless. I did have a little bit of an issue getting a key fob that actually worked with the car features but they made it right and got me everything I needed and apologized for the miscommunication. I'm a divorcee as well as a mother of 5 with next to no credit, ( one revolving account of only $2500 ). I explained to Tony C , ( sales rep ) that I'm beginning a new chapter in my life and would need a safe, reliable vehicle for myself and my children.
