It has been 8 years or more since we've bought a vehicle from Alphorn because of the way we were treated by the previous staff. Alphorn Ford of Monroe has always don’t a great job for me Great customer service! The sales team is great Last week I had a service appointment set for Friday afternoon to do maintenance on my truck. Wednesday afternoon I had an unexpected nail in my Tire. Alphorn got me in right away Wednesday afternoon and fixed the tire but also moved me up to do the maintenance to save me a trip on Friday. Great Service! Thanks
