I was super interested in the 4Runner on their lot and put an interest in right away! Allen Diaz was super helpful and getting back to me with a response. Since I lived further away, I had to wait until the weekend to check out the car. They were super easy to work with and everything went smoothly. I drive the car back three hours to my home and didn’t have any issues! I appreciate their hospitality and Allen was great! I had a very good experience with E Auto Link. Nelson was my salesman and he was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire experience was wonderful. After I attest drove the car I knew it was for me. The miles were very low, compared to the other delearships. It came fully customized at a very good internet price ????????????. I noticed most of these negitive reviews are about not being approved. Many years ago I worked as a salesman for a small lot. When customers came in we would ask about their financial situation, to get an idea of what they could afford. One of the questions on a financial form was about any repossessions or bankruptcies in the last 2 years. After a little information was gathered we were to take the short questionnaire to the manager. If they answered yes to repo or bankruptcy. He would tell us to get rid of them. It's nearly impossible to find financing under the circumstances I've described. If you have F'd up credit don't expect a miracle from a dealership.
