It has been 19 years since we've bought a car! Needless to say we were pretty apprehensive about the process.
Joey was our sales person and he was absolutely fantastic! There was no pressure, no pushing. He asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle and he narrowed down the search from there.
Tom, the Finance Manager was funny, but cut to the chase. He was honest with us and actually saved us some money! Thanks Tom! Brianna in finance was so nice and patient with us. I took my Lincoln in for service today. I was given a new Service Advisor to assist me. Sherie was awesome and also very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with the car. She explained everything they were going to do to test my vehicle. Even when I picked up the car there was a little hiccup. She promptly and professionally ran it back to service and gave it back within a few minutes with the
