The first day I went in looking for a truck wasn't sure what I  wanted. Just knew I couldn't afford a new one. Christian was a great salesman and kept his team in alert. I didn't purchase anything that day, had some decisions to make in my personal life. They never pressured me just showed me different options. I ended up buying a truck I liked but didn't think I could afford. Fortunately we came to agreement on the truck I liked.

In terms of auto service, this was my best experience by a long shot.  Lacey was incredible.  And the rest of the staff was very courteous as well.  My truck needed service 3 hours into a 22 hour road trip and Lacey was able to work me in despite their service department being very busy.  True professionals that understood the gravity of my situation.  Thanks again.

My experience at Anderson Ford was great.

I visited the parts department the first time for some fuses that I needed for my truck that supplies power to my travel trailer during towing.

Again, I returned for a FOB battery, and Walter in parts was on the spot...great guy!

The parts folks and cashier were polite and very helpful.

Note: If customers are there for a bit longer than expected, they have some refreshments, and I believe I saw Popsicles. ????

The second time, I made a service appointment for a "check engine" light.

I left my truck with Dustin D., a service  representative.

I was able to get a ride back home with the "Anderson Ford" courtesy driver, nice gentleman.

A few days later, my vehicle was ready, and Dustin went over everything that was performed on my vehicle.

Dustin displays a passion for his part in the Anderson Ford family, one that goes beyond just writing up a simple vehicle report.

He displays  a concern for his customer and customer's vehicle as well as how it could financially impact the customer later.

I was very happy with my second experience.
