Awesome Experience A+

First time buying from Anderson Buick GMC (formally Boyle) in Abingdon. Let me just say, fantastic experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Gary, and folks, he is it. Personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my 4 year old son and Gary was more than accommodating to him. The entire staff infact was friendly and welcoming to my son. I was able to test drive my two favorite vehicles. No high pressure conversations just honest conversation and an attention to my needs and look fors in a vehicle. I was then able to work with Dan in the finance department again folks, in the world of auto finance, he is it. He went with my suggested financial institutions and also presented other options that actually saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. Could not be more happier in a car buying experience.
I also wanted to give a shout out to Ollie who answered my email quickly, and got the ball rolling. There was also an associate who stopped in to say hi because he saw we liked the same football team ???? (Go Bills!)
I just could not be happier with my experience today. I will be recommending Anderson Buick GMC of Abingdon to all my friends and colleagues. Well done. You have a costumer for life.

My sales person was Mike & Matt ! With them working hand and hand ! me buying my first car process was so easy ! I appreciate them ! Mike was the best of the best ! Especially with making sure I was comfortable with my vehicle to signing and understanding all of the paper work ?? Definitely will be back and again I appreciate you guys ! Experience was okay.  I was there for oil change and tire rotation.  I wasn't told until later that the price changed from 69.99 to 99.99 with the change in ownership.  The service person said that she could show me receipts from other places if I didn't believe her.   I subsequently looked and found I can buy six quarts of Mobil One oil for $26.  I'll take oil back to my old mechanic.  I have been to Boyle Buick since I bought 2016 and 2017 Buicks.  With higher costs, no reason to go to new owner Anderson for routine maintenance.

I had the best experience with Anderson Buick GMC of Abingdon. Mike our salesmen was great. he was so nice and helpful and didn't make you feel pressured at all. He was very personable and easy to talk too. Matt the finance guy was great too, even though I was giving him a hard time and being a pain, he took it like a champ with a smile on his face. Hahaha! All in all 10 out of 10 I highly would recommend them to everyone.
