Where do I Start. I brought my car here to Apple Mitsubishi for sides skirts about three months ago. They looked over my car and gave me the best options. Even though this dealership isn’t close to the area I frequent, the staff and service was very welcoming and you get a sense of care from everyone. They don’t try to just upsell you on items or services. They really give you an honest opinion and choice. So here I am three months later, drive pass about six other dealerships to get here to have my first service on my car. Of course this is now my place. Today I was a much needed rest day at the dealership…. Yes I said REST DAY at the dealership. Thanks guys for everything.

My experience with Apple Auto Mitsubishi was one of the best ones I've ever had. I  didn't have to wait around for a sales person to come out and greet me and help me. They were very informative and helpful. I don't have the best credit and the finance department was able to find a lender for me in order to get the vehicle. The advertisement on the radio is exactly what they do. "No credit, bad credit, they'll get you approved!" I recommend them 100%.

Staff is professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and flexible. Best of all, they're not aggressive. I'll typically walk out if a sales rep is aggressive. The staff certainly seems to work well together as a team. Still paperwork. Will we ever get away from paperwork? However, well streamlined. Entire process, once I decided which car, didn't take long. Love the car (2024 Mirage Hatchback) even though I'm not really a car person. Would have liked it better in white (not in stock) or sage green (not even manufactured). But you get what you get at the end of the season. Also, love free oil changes with tire rotation and inspection. Will certainly use the free car washes. What's not to like about Apple Mitsubishi?
