What can I say!!!!!!! I called on Saturday, selected the new 2019 Vantage not without the amazing assistance and follow up of Patrick O'hara. Finalized the details on Sunday and picked up my new car on Monday. Having been in the automotive business for over 30 years, Patrick you are first class and Penske Automotive I'm sure knows they're lucky to have you. You were ever so patient, answered all my questions and not once did you exhibit anything but 110% professionalism. Worthy of 10 stars if the scale went that high. For anyone looking at any of the 5 or 7 brands that Patrick represents, he most definitely is your guy. The Sales Manager Burkhardt, (please please forgive the spelling) was most gracious tending to any and all needs to make the experience even  more over the top. Little touches in his position that he was gracious with was more than appreciative. And finally Alexandra putting my gate code decal on my headlight with the most steady hands was a very nice touch.
