In my experience, I’ve had many customer service issues at Audi Arrowhead in the past. Many of which left me bitter in why I bought my Audi. I’ve recently had to take my Audi Q7 in to get serviced, and replace some parts. And my most recent interaction has been tremendously positive. Mostly because they have an outstanding employee named Joseph, who went above and beyond in his customer service. He genuinely cares, listens, and pays special attention to the needs of the customer. I’m so thankful for his kindness, I left my prescription glasses in the loaner I brought back. And to my surprise, he drove it to my house and dropped it off. Wow!! Very, very impressed!!
