I have been going to Audi of Cary for more than 8 years and they never disappoint. They took care of my Q7 and fixed other issues that the vehicle had on the spot. It all came out a lot more than I anticipated but I know for sure that the car is worth the maintenance and those parts. Service is exceptional...the best I've had...however, you guys prices are ( I hate to use the word outrageous) but 400 dollars for an oil change? Nevertheless I admit you're good, kind, friendly and very professional. Do not believe the audi i purchase was gone over with your 140 point inspection service since I found a completed birds nest in the air filter box doing my own inspection of the car. Everyone makes mistakes though. Have a great rest of you day
