Got me in and out in the same day for an Adblue fault, when I had only called the night before. Noah was great at the service desk and whoever the TDI tech was that worked on my car was top notch. I unfortunately did not get his name to properly recognize his efforts. He really pushed through to get my car back same day (on a Friday, no less), so I had it back for a busy weekend. Not all dealers are bad I guess ;)

I purchased my first car online and it was a great experience. The process was quick, the dealership contacted me in a timely manner and delivered the car to my home (over 2 hours away) with a full tank of gas. They were honest with a few defects not shown in the pictures as well. Went to the dealership 2 weeks later and had all of my questions about technology and future service needs answered by all the appropriate departments. They ordered me touch up paint and had it shipped to my home address so I wouldn't need to come back. Will purchase future cars from Valley Imports!

Was travelling through Fargo, and needed to top up some coolant on my Q5. They were able to squeeze me in and fill it, without any hesitation or delay. It only took 5 mins but it was evident they prioritize quality costumer service. Recommend them to anyone.
